Academia Ltd has been acquired by Strive Capital

Academia Ltd. and all subsidiaries, has been acquired in majority by Strive Capital, a capital investment company owned by Andrew Harman, the former founder of Annodata.

For those that don't know, Annodata are about one of the most incompetent companies I have ever had the displeasure of working with.

Lets hope it doesn't affect schools with academia support contracts too badly.
