[FMS] "Failed to log on to the profile provided"

I am getting the error "failed to log on to the profile provided" when trying to print a purchase order. It only seems to be one company however. In this case that company is YPO (Yorkshire Purchasing Order).

 

I've been on their website and downloaded and imported the 2020 catalogue and I'm still getting the above error.

 

Its only on one machine in an office while the others are all working fine.

 

A quick google has given me absolutely nothing. Can anybody offer any solutions?
