Scheme of work storage

Currently we use a bespoke written Java service to host our resources for students and staff. We're looking to move all teaching resources plus eventually student resources to another platform. The big question is how are you doing it?

 

We've got a few teachers wanting to use Google Team Drive for department storage, we've got a few wanting to use Microsoft Teams, of course there is SharePoint, what other options are there that you are using?

 

When I say teaching and student resources, it's basically Word, Excel, PowerPoint and PDFs, nothing major!

To be fair that's just what those platforms (Gsuite, 365) are for. Teams is just a fancyish front for Sharepoint.

If you have a platform set up already on either Google or 365, just use whichever you currently have. If you don't, look up the government grants to get you set up on whichever you choose.

Do not make the mistake of using multiple.
