synaesthesia Posted September 22, 2020 Posted September 22, 2020 Not a scooby doo where best to post this so will try my luck here. The exclusion system here (may be everywhere, I don't know) goes through Capita One - our data/SIMS manager logs onto a website to log all exclusions, temp & permanent. This is a **** Silverlight page. It's 2020, we've just rebuilt our system with a lovely new version of Windows and had zero intention of making IE 11 available. Has anyone else hit this, or do I have to bend over to let insecure crap rule supreme as usual?
Michael Posted September 22, 2020 Posted September 22, 2020 As far as I'm aware Silverlight's IE only, but Silverlight itself has now been discontinued (as far as I'm aware too).
synaesthesia Posted September 22, 2020 Author Posted September 22, 2020 Yes indeed - MS are fully pulling all to do with silverlight from October 21 but until then it's still in IE11, which they're also trying to kill off.
