[1903, au] Customize and deploy a custom Windows 10 programs list for students+teachers

Im wanting to customize the programs list in windows 10 via group policy as i have blocked certain programs that I Do not want Students+Staff accessing but the blocked programs still show in the Programs list Below is the Programs list that I wish to change.

If it's been left that late and it's urgent best option would be to use the search box top right and look through the Start Menu XML threads. There's lots of ways to do it, and lots of different routes depending what you prefer/how users access it etc.

 

Pick a route you like and there should be some good information on it

Thanks for your reply I ahve searched everywhere but cannot find any post with my answer what did you do in your school with the programs list to remove the blocked programs?
