Outlook 2019 shortcut link not appearing

We are testing office 2019 as we have recently migrated to office 365. All apps link are appearing from the redirected menu except outlook 2019. When I open the link by copying from the redirected menu, outlook 2019 opens up fine but the icon is white and shows outlook 2013 icon when I right click on it. Please see the screenshot...

 

We are currently running office 2016 and everything is working fine but office 2019 works seamlessly with office 365 SSO so testing the newer version.

 

Anyone have any idea where and how to unblock the outlook 2019 shortcut link?
