SIMS Partnership Exchange - advise on how to get it working

We've had no end of problems with PX since I joined the school 2 years ago. I'd welcome any help from anyone who can guide us to where to look to fix things. We've managed to get all our students appearing in the correct schools and classes, after a few tweaks, and synching and resynching. Our GUIDs are correct, and class names. But assessment data just won't transfer (although for about 3 subjects it does). I can't face another year of manually putting al the marks in! Thanks in advance for any help anyone can offer.
