TSEARS Posted September 8, 2020 Posted September 8, 2020 We have 200 new Dell 2-in-1 laptops which have been allocated to all staff. When users are connected to an external display, inking in UWP apps does not work. The screen flashes black. It works fine in OneNote 2016, also works in UWP apps when you use rainbow mode... Have seen a few articles online refereeing to a certain GPO (Increase scheduling priority) but we have this set to default and on the laptops, I can confirm both accounts are in the list. Another school in our trust also have the same issue with a different Dell model laptop. Has anyone else experienced this issue and if possible got a solution!?
TSEARS Posted September 9, 2020 Author Posted September 9, 2020 For anyone that crosses this issue, we have identified this as a problem with Windows 10 v2009 so we are rolling back to v1909
