SIMS ID and Microsoft Teams - Subject Classes

We are using SIMS ID to populate MS Teams using the OneRoster API.

 

We have gone through the setup and it appears to be working but only for Registration and Year Groups. Subject Classes do not appear in the Preferences | Groups in SIMS ID and therefore are not being picked up in School Data Sync.

 

I have a support request out with Capita but like all things this time of year, this is urgent.

 

Has anyone come across this fault and no how to resolve?

This was an issue with the service running in SSM, now resolved.
