Alis_Klar Posted September 3, 2020 Posted September 3, 2020 (edited) We want to Mailmerge to sticky labels but we want to have each class on a separate sheet so we don't have to cut the sheets at change of class. Upon change of "class" field can a page break be inserted? It seems it is possible in "Directory" merges but can it be done in "Label" merges? Instuctions below for Directoy merge with page break on change of key field. https://support.microsoft.com/en-au/help/211303/how-to-use-mail-merge-to-create-a-list-sorted-by-category-in-word-2000 Edited September 3, 2020 by Alis_Klar
nadeem Posted September 4, 2020 Posted September 4, 2020 Quick and dirty solution (depending on how big the overall job is). Print to a document first, not the printer, then insert the page breaks?
