Moved AC2 to another mac and no longer works

I've just moved our AC2 configuration to a newer mac - we still use it for a few devices to prepare them and add a profile

 

I followed the Apple instructions and exported/imported the Organisation. Then I prepared an Ipad to test which worked, but when I try to apply a profile (from the previous mac) I just get the error saying it can't be added as the device isn't supervised?

 

So does moving the AC2 profiles from one Mac to another render them useless, despite the organisation being exported across?

Did you create a new Supervision Identity on the new Mac?

I did a straight export from the old (Supervision identity and Organisation settings) and imported it onto the new Mac. Prepared (with supervision option checked) an iPad and it worked OK and activated etc - until you tried to put a profile on

 

However, after 4/5 attempts (and 2 reboots of the new Mac) it has now worked, and worked as I would have originally expected - so I'm not sure if I had an issue with either that iPad or the new Mac, as I tried twice, rebooted the mac, tried twice, rebooted the mac and finally it worked.
