Help with windows security center and microsoft store

Im having a lot of issues with windows 10 right now, first it was windows updater that wasnt working, had to fix the registry for it and now it seens that its working again, but now defender is blank and isnt working and microsoft store is stuck at starting download, i cant download xbox app or mfs 2020, is it another registry corrupted? I have seen some posts on the microsoft forum and most tell me to restart the security center service but all options are grayed out, it says that the service is running but defender doesnt seen to be working, how can i fix it?
