Moving from Capita Reading Cloud

18 months ago we moved from Capita reading cloud to AccessIT.

 

AccessIT has been brilliant and there support is always so prompt. A much better experience all round

We moved from Eclipse (we never upgraded to CRC due to the reported issues) to Accessit and the entire process was really simple, they exported our library data and mapped it across to Accessit. Librarian is very happy with the software!

With Capita as well, we had major issues cancelling as they just would not reply to any emails asking about when our contract end date was, notice period etc. I got a response after about 4 months to find out it was a 30 day notice period, I'd check yourself or send them a letter with your cancellation request in the post as well.
