iPad availability

We placed an order 5 weeks ago for 20 iPads, our supplier has just informed me that we won't be receiving them for atleast another 3 weeks.

 

Is anyone else experiencing delays with iPad orders?

There's a shortage at the moment, I was advised there would be a 4-6 week lead time when I ordered 4 weeks ago but ours are on the way today, even last week I was being told to expect them in a couple of weeks.

Just as an FYI next time you're on the look out for iPads, we're big into our Tier 1 kit! So next time we might be able to help you and hopefully get them to you quicker!

iPad availability at this time of the year can always be poor, with schools are ordering thousands of them ready for September, this has been made worse with COVID-19.

 

Schools that order from an Apple Authorised Education Specialist would get them quicker than anywhere else as non AAES resellers such as VeryPc have to order from AAES resellers anyway.
