Zoom7000 Posted June 26, 2020 Posted June 26, 2020 I am delighted to share the news that I have once again been shortlisted for the EduFuturists Network Manager of the Year Award. I was the runner up in the same award last year to fellow EduGeek and ANME member @%1;, so I'd love to be able to go one step better this time round! I would be extremely grateful if you would vote for me to win this prestigious award. You can do so by visiting this link and filling out the form: https://bit.ly/EF2020A The awards will be streamed live online on Friday 10th July. You can register for free here: https://awards.edufuturists.com/register Thank you very much for your continued support!
Ditto Posted June 26, 2020 Posted June 26, 2020 Good luck in going for gold this year. In a sincere way, could outline your achievements over the last year to win my vote. P.S., I can match your first two badges and the Chrome OS IT Administrator, but I would love to go for Trainer and Innovator, but at the moment that's going to be a bit challenging - currently in a O 365 environment!

Can't edit my post! - when I say 'In a sincere way', I mean I'm asking out of genuine interest, not that I asking you to reply in a 'sincere' way, I'm sure you would anyway . Tricky thing, this English language.

You don't need to be in a G Suite environment for Trainer or Innovator. Probably more so Innovator as it's not about G Suite. Innovator is about finding a challenge in education that you want to solve and then you work on a year long project to work on a solution to that challenge. It doesn't need to be related to Google in anyway whatsoever. As for trainer, so long as you are delivering training in G Suite tools, and are level 1 and 2 certified, you can apply for trainer. You can deliver training online via Google Meet, StreamYard, Zoom or even Teams! lol Absolutely go for both. What's the worst that can happen? You don't get in. You learn from it and then apply again!
