titch Posted June 20, 2020 Posted June 20, 2020 Evening all. Just shouting out for any help. We have a single Palo Alto Firewall pa-500 which has served us well. We upgraded the Pan OS on it on Friday but the unit has died! with our RMA we will get another on Tuesday at the earliest but we really need the internet to be up and running on Monday so students can "remotely" learn. I'm reluctant to shove another different firewall in there as I just I don't think I could set it up appropriately in the short timeframe (although I am all ears) so was wondering if anyone had any advice or possibly an old PA-500 firewall kicking about that would allow us just to drop our config in! Any help or advice gratefully received!

Guest Guest Posted June 20, 2020 Posted June 20, 2020 Do you have a backup of the faulty appliance, maybe you could restore from it?
