Electronic signature, paperless and distribution lists for parents

We are looking at sending out electronic paperwork for our year 6 parents to sign without the need for them coming into school. We are currently looking at Adobe Sign Business & Enterprise (integrates with office 365) & DocuSign. We would then look to roll this out across the whole school paperwork wise, any integration with our MIS SIMS would be fantastic, is anybody doing anything like this? We also currently use schoolcomms and I've been asked about distribution lists for parents, I'm not comfortable adding parents email addresses as external contacts into office 365, setting up a distribution list and doing this
