Teams meeting options

We're using Teams to facilitate remote meetings, I've been asked about the Meeting options tab as it seems to be missing when opening a meeting via the calendar. I don't seem to be able to find how to enable it.

It only appears once you've created it. So you have to save / send the meeting invite. Close the meeting appointment and then open it again.

I wasn't seeing the option once invites were sent, however now I've removed the Education_Teacher policy package from my account I see the option. It must be a policy
