Mitel 5312 - SIP

Looking at moving a number of Mitel 5312 phones to a SIP system.

 

I can change the phone to SIP and access a basic web GUI to configure the settings. This gets the phone working.

 

However I can not access any other menu. So the time/date is incorrect for example.

 

It looks like, according to screenshots I have found online, that there should be a menu beneath the Quick Start on the web gui but it does not show.

 

Has anyone else some of these phones that can access the Web GUI properly?

How are you switching it to SIP? Firmware replacement?

Using the onscreen menu to change the phone mode to SIP.

 

Can't seem to do firmware upgrade until we can get to this menu

Thanks, I think that will help.

 

I am working on it remotely and frogot to edit the VLAN ID in the config file so now lost access to that phone! Will have to wait until tomorrow to reset and try properly
