[1903, au] Edge - Office 365 Too Many Redirects

Got a strange issue at a site with Edge. Everytimd they sign in to Office 365 some of them get this error. You can get round this by clicking No on the remember me.

 

I've tired clearing cookies but I get a error within Edge.

 

Any ideas?

Is it a constant thing? There used to be an issue with users who had too many different roles enabled that it does lots of redirecting in the background and threw a wobble. But obviously if it's end user based I'm guessing they don't have many roles?

 

Can also be pop up block related if you have security set a bit tight on those machines, but again depends if it's a constant issue or just sometimes?

Started to happen more and more now. And even at other sites i look after.

 

Some have access to another mailbox. But it wasnt a issue before.

I've noticed this as well. It seems to be if you are logged into multiple O365 accounts on the same PC in different browsers. Gave up with it the end (apologies I know that isn't helpful) and used chrome and IE.

This is a single user logged in to their own O365 account.

Resetting the browser completely (cookies and data) fixed this when it happened to me.

Edge gives me a error when trying to clear cookies. :/

Ok. Just tested this with a users computer. It seems to clear some cookies but does error.

 

But it clears enough to make Office work. (well clicking a encrypted email that opens in Edge > Signs in to Office > Opens encrypted emails)

Another Update.

 

If the laptop is off the network and connected to the users internet. I'm able to clear cookies. On the domain network i get an error.

 

Weird.

CTRL F5 - Force refreshes and clears cache: works a lot, not always though!

Can also get them to go to portal.office.com and try logging in there too.
