browolf Posted May 12, 2020 Posted May 12, 2020 I've got an HP elite 8000 usdt. It's not a great spec but I just need Hyper-V to work There's something wrong because when I launch the vm in the Hyper-V it says hypervisor is not running. I've updated the bios and enabled the Vx options but there's this problem. second level address translation NO but coreinfo says supported I'm at a loss what to do. Another mystery (or perhaps the same problem) is i've got docker desktop installed and running but when i run the hello world test this happens. Any Ideas?
Steve21 Posted May 12, 2020 Posted May 12, 2020 Guessing its because of your processor, doesn't SLAT require i3+ ? Don't think it even existed back then Edit - Yeah just noticed your screenshot, there's no * next to EPT on your system Steve 1
