newpersn Posted May 11, 2020 Posted May 11, 2020 Hello all I've just converted a users mailbox in to a shared mailbox. The user is still in Active Directory which i need to delete as the member of staff has left How easy is it to remove the user from the shared mailbox? I get a Active Directory message about it when I try and rename the mailbox.

djm968 Posted May 12, 2020 Posted May 12, 2020 I'm assuming AD and Office 355 are synced, have you check mailbox properties in the Exchange Admin Center?
