Can you get to the IIS default page?

What do the webserver logs say? Is it seeing any traffic from the outside?

Hello,

If properly set you need the external static IP pointing to you internal Rds server port 443 open on the firewall and probably the Rds UDP port too.

Also the external FQDN needs to be entered on the Rdsweb server role not the internal one.

Will be helpful if you post what instructions you followed.

So are you saying that you can't open the event viewer on the Rds server or the IIS manager from it.

I have done the port direction, as I can Remote to the machine externally, but I can't ping it. In the event log I get error 1004

i have done the above as you mentioned. When i type in the IP address it resolves to the host name but the page doesn't load. If you don't mind may i call you?
