Guest file upload to Onedrive?

Hi,

Were doing our interviews for a post next week and part of the process is for the candidates to upload a short lesson.

I`m looking for the best way for the candidates to achieve this, can this be done in Onedrive? (or the Office 365 Package)

 

I`d rather do this in O365 if i can, than sign up for a 3rd party file sharing application.

 

Any advice would be appreciated
