How much security do I need for a small building?

I’m managing a small store that’s only two stories high and with one entrance. I’m about to get services from one of these security companies Middlesbrough based I found online, but I’m not sure how much I should invest in this. Do I really need more than one guard for this type of property? Should I bother getting CCTV too? Any answers would be highly appreciated.
