FSRM Quota Issue

Hope all are well.

I've carried out a home directory migration for users to a new server which had quota's previously enabled on their home folder.

To carry out the move i had to take ownership of all the folders and files so i could move using robocopy.

Now, when i create a quota rule on the top level 'users' folder, it doesnt apply correctly. Any user that logs on will show they've used up all their quota and unable to save anything.

Is this because i've had to change the owner of each folder, or how do i resolve this?
