In Gmail we have some service accounts that have a rule on the mailbox that sends a custom template (AKA Canned response) to the sender informing them that the mailbox is not monitored - basically is a gentle email rather than the harsh emails that say the mailbox has rejected the message.

The issue is we are finding is these emails are ending up in the senders SPAM folders and is mainly affecting those who use hotmail.com / hotmail.co.uk / live.com / live.co.uk / outlook.com so the issue is pointing at personal acccounts. Office365 (Microsoft365) seems to deliver the email to the inbox.

The email is coming from [*first_part_of_email*[email protected]]

Our domain is setup with DKIM and tests on MXTOOLBOX against the domain check out as OK.
