[android app] Is there an issue with the Edugeek Android App?

I cant seem to log in to the Android App this morning. I even updated to the latest version available on the Play Store but still no joy. I get Access Denied. Oops, the site you are trying to reach is temporarily down. Pls. try again later,if the problem persists contact us.

Chat just now among the mods shows the iOS app to be fine, but not the Android app. We are on to it. No eta yet for a fix

Just to follow up, I know where the issue is but we cant resolve it ourselves currently. It should hopefully get fixed soon as I have raised it with the supplier.

Weird, I can reply from the app at the moment. Must be an intermittent thing.

Just to fill you in. The app is a customised version of Tapatalk.

 

Back in Tapatalk Towers they seem to be specialising in messing around with its firewall rules for the Android app and successfully locking out more than just EduGeek when it happens.

 

The current outages are beyond our control. However please continue to tell us when it goes down so we are aware.

I found that if you open a link from an email it loads fine. Once your logged in it continues to work for that session.
