Outlook 2016 - Dropping Out Off Campus

Hi,

 

I have had a few staff tell me that Outlook 2016 has been dropping out off campus, and also they could not use http://www.office.com to use email either?

 

Pretty unusual, but it does not do this at the school. I have used the connectivity analyser, but nothing shows up.

 

Anyone have any ideas on what might be happening here?

There's a known issue now resolved I believe with access in Australia.
