Anyone used Shpock before?

Im new to using Shpock. I've got an offer between me and the seller (so im the buyer) however they are asking me to use the Shpock Wallet to pay for the goods.

 

There is no where either in the app or via a browser to pay the seller unlike other sellers where i see that i am able to pay what they offer.

 

Is the seller missing something on their account? Am I missing something here?

 

I've tried asking for their paypal details such as an email address or if they can setup a paypal request money link but im not gettng much back from the seller.

It would seem it was the seller who was being difficult. As soo as i cancelled the deal he replied straight away.

 

Been in another deal but this time everything was agreed in a matter of minutes.
