clareq Posted March 26, 2020 Posted March 26, 2020 One of our teachers is attempting to remote onto our school system using Microsoft Remote Desktop. He gets error 0x204. Any ideas how I can help him?
cworcester Posted March 26, 2020 Posted March 26, 2020 Do you publish your RDS via a Web Application Proxy server? The Jan and Feb 2020 security updates applied to the Web Application Proxy server were causing the remote desktop apps (particularly iOS and Mac) to break and give the 0x204 error. 1

cworcester Posted March 26, 2020 Posted March 26, 2020 The only way we got round it was to rollback the updates until MS catch up with the apps and deal with the problem. I believe it’s been reported as a bug 1
