[HAP] Changing all the date Modified on all folders

It would appear that HAP is changing the date modified of all the folders when a user drills down into the sub folders.

 

For example, even though the user has not edited the folder, it would appear that HAP is editing each and every folder's date modified attribute.

 

> Root Folder - 26.03.2020 | User accessed this folder

>>> Sub folder - 26.03.2020 | User DID NOT access this folder yet the date modified attribute has changed.

>>> Sub Folder - 26.03.2020 | then accessed this folder

>>>>>> Sub folder - 26.03.2020

In the hapConfig.xml file under myfiles set writechecks="false"
