Hello,

We use SSO with Office 365. Works a treat. Teams auto populated the sign in address field (attached). Is there a way to automate the sign in action please? It would be great if users didn't have the press this.

Thanks

Are you dead set on using the app?

Because you can SSO into teams in a browser using a link like this:

https://teams.microsoft.com/?domain_hint=domainhere.onmicrosoft.com

put it in code brackets so that it doesn't auto shorten the url...

Teams client is single sign on with 1 extra click... luckily it remembers it, if the same machine is used again

Mrbios technique works and saves about 500mb of ram, not that I'm saw what the client is a hog or anything.

We use IAMCloud for our federation services and teams auto signs in for us?

Have you got users UPN as there email addresses?

We do.

The address is auto populated. They press sign in and it works without needing a password. I just want it to be seamless without needing to press the sign in.

It doesn't show the login box for us it just auto logs in, what version of Office are you using?

We moved to Office 365 ProPlus? Wondering if staff have already signed into that it pulls in for Teams maybe?

We are also using Office 365 ProPlus. I think it might be 1908 (thats off top of my head) but I am not 100% sure.

Not sure what's happening then? Did Teams install with office or did you install it via msi?

Ours came with Office? Just wondering if they are different versions?

We have the same issue and we're running Office 2016 with separate Teams install.

Am not sure our exact version too, are your UPNs the same as your email addresses?

They are. The whole SSO works, its just a case of getting that pressing of the sign in button to automate.

Does SSO work ok for Office?

Edit: sorry reread your post, could it be an iamcloud issue maybe?

Not using it here either.

Nope - although should that matter? This problem is at the application level so we should get the same result regardless of SSO provider?
