Will_Townsend Posted February 13, 2020 Posted February 13, 2020 The Grange School is looking to recruit an IT Technician to join their growing IT team We are looking for an IT Technician to work 37 hours per week, 52 weeks per year Salary is £19,077 to £25,703 depending upon experience. The post includes key responsibilities for maintaining effective service delivery standards, maintaining equipment and providing support to our students and staff. You will be customer-focused and able to work well within a team. You will be a hands-on technician with exceptional communication and technical skills. We are looking for someone who: has prior experience in an IT Support Team has excellent troubleshooting skills has a high level of technical aptitude – ability to quickly learn and tackle new technologies has a meticulous and thorough approach to tasks – attention to detail is a team player has a mature and friendly personality can work under pressure and respond appropriately to (sometimes) challenging customers can work unsupervised using own initiative to resolve problems and issues has the ability to be flexible, work under pressure, prioritise and multitask is self-motivated and enthusiastic.
