michaelt1979 Posted February 13, 2020 Posted February 13, 2020 We currently record key achievements using SIMS, including letters sent to parents to congratulate children. It strikes me that it would be easier to add the achievement and the produce a template letter through reports to print the actual letters. Is there a way of incorporating gender-specific pronouns into templates/fields to allow a single report to produce outcomes with the appropriate he/she him/her pronouns? Thanks
SpreadsheetJockey Posted February 13, 2020 Posted February 13, 2020 If you're using Individual Reports, then I think generated pronouns are available in the right click menu under Student Details. 2
Pink_Panda Posted February 13, 2020 Posted February 13, 2020 In individual report templates, there are loads of options you can enter under Add-ins/Student Details, pronouns being one. Achievement points (Add-ins/Behaviour Management) are also there. 1
