Does anyone know if it's possible to disable or edit some of Impero's built in policies? I.e. "adult content" "bullying and trolling" etc.

We're getting so many hits and blocks for "teens" that it's severely impacting learning - whilst that'd be a worthwhile block for a company, it's ludicrous in a school.

Do you mean the word "teens" is being caught by the policies "Adult Contant" and "Bullying and trolling"?

You cannot edit default block lists, however they can be disabled. By default they are enabled within the "Entire Network" group and inherit down. You can disable it from there, however I'm not sure if I'd recommend it.

However you may want to contact Impero directly for further clarification/assistance.

Seconding getting in touch with Impero! False positives on that must be affecting others so will be useful to update. They can probably suggest a fix or workaround too.

There's 2 types of lists, the secret lists with GUIDs, and the built in lists. You can disable either, but probably better to whitelist things instead
