Office 2019 asking for Office 365 credentials on first run

Good afternoon all,

 

We are looking into deploying Office 2019 ProPlus to our computers, and while we have the click to run deployment running perfectly over SCCM, on first run by an end user they are presented with a "Log into Office 365" dialog, can this be stopped or anyone know what particular facet of the install is causing this? We are on-prem AD based with Exchange, so no need for the O365 integration. We do have a hybrid, but no one has a mailbox in the cloud.

Did you ever solve this. I'm reading old threads before I post my own. I'll be deploying 2019 this summer and want to avoid these issues.
