[school base] Schoolbase - 'White screen'

Hi All,

 

 

I wonder if anyone has had the same experience as below.

 

We use Schoolbase and at the moment we seem to get a random white screen issue at completely random times! This can come after periods of inactivity or clicking links within schoolbase.

 

After this happens the only way we have managed to work around it is delete the cookies from chrome/safari relating to schoolbase and/or reload the page or restart the device.

 

If anyone has any ideas that would be extremely helpful as I am stumped!
