Can you install 2 bootable Windows OS's on a imac?

I've been trying initially using deploy studio, but only the first Win OS is bootable. The other one is there but not bootable and I can't see how to make it bootable. Not an easy one to google :-P

Have to install manually with a boot USB stick configured with the rufus tool. As I'm working on a imac it needs to be configured using EFI. Then just install Windows (twice) using the custom install to pick the partitions I want.
