[sims] PA Report for specific student such as PP students in SIMS

Hi,

How do I calculate the persistent absence (PA) figure for a group such as PP pupils?When creating the report it seems very high. For example total PA students 5.56% (Total pupils in school 215) Total PP students who are PA = 2. Percentage on the report for PP students is 16.67%.I thought the calculation was number of PP students/Total in school X 100?? This is what I was told, now someone has said this is incorrect!
