DHCP Server For Windows 10

I am wanting to do some testing in a lab. I am wondering can anyone recommend a third party DHCP server I could install on Windows 10 please?

If it’s just for the testing etc I normally go with http://www.dhcpserver.de/ very basic program and most config done via ini files but always worked well for me
