Hi all

i'm having problems with updating firmware via usb stick on power up !!

getting upgrade error have been emailed a .bin file from the firm but its not working .

the fault is that the screen power on goes to loading apps then goes black screen nightmare problem

can anyone help

its the 4K version 75inch android model !!
