Looking for a heatsink DELL T610

I have decided to 'upgrade' our old server a little into a dual CPU configuration, on the cheap as a little side project.

 

Old Xeon processors are cheap as chips and I have enough spare RAM to double the current amount (for the 2nd CPU).

 

The only issue I have is getting hold of a heatsink. They are passive and cooled by fans in the shroud, but looking around its going to cost approx £30-40 (more than I will have paid for the RAM and CPU combined).

Just wondered if anyone has any old servers lying around unused in a cupboard or set for scrap (willing to cover postage).

£20 on ebay including delivery. Unfortunately the only heatsinks I have are for T5500's and they are bolt mounted.
