Sharing of DPIA's

Hi,

 

Just wondering what people do when they need to do a DPIA on a piece of software or activity. Do you start from scratch each time or is there a repository of ones people have already completed somewhere that can be adapted to the individual school.

 

I am aware of school to school links where some schools share DPIA's that they have done with each other so that the other school can use that as a starting point to consider the risks etc in their school. It feels silly that each school has to start from scratch each time and there isn't a central repository somewhere or the software suppliers themselves don't provide a template DPIA that helps tick some of the boxes for you.

 

I know risks won't be the same in each school but it help see areas of risk that you haven't thought about or previously considered.

 

If anyone knows where sharing is happening that I can tap into and contribute to please do let me know. Not a fan of re-inventing the wheel everytime when there is such good practice out there already.
