Windows 10 issues

Hi Guys Technician in public school, we have just upgraded our student machines to windows 10 and everything appears to be working finehowever on occasion students aren't able to connect to their network drives and see the message "this app has been blocked by your system administrator" A restart of the machine seems to fix I wondered if anyone else had encountered this and know what the issue might be? Any help appreciated

Are you running 1809 and it isn't fully patched? I know that had issues with network drives when it was first released. Also for the "app has been blocked by your administrator" I had a similar issue and for us it was my software restriction policy blocking the Onedrive sync client from running. Once I added an exception in for this the popup went away.

Look in the eventlog to see which app is being blocked.
