Can Impero block searching for applications?

So we're are looking at using Impero for blocking specific users from searching for computer software applications in Windows 10 ie; Google Chrome. Has anyone tried this before and how easy would this be to implement?

You can stop them opening windows with Google Chrome in the title

Impero can't stop users searching the Start Menu for applications, however like @mavhc said, it can prevent the applications from being launched. Alternatively, I think you can use a redirected Start Menu and just not include Chrome.
