Panasonic Video Cameras

Here's a long shot....

 

We have banned USB devices, but media bought some cameras with SD cards that need USB access (groans)

 

They do however have a WiFi option and I've joined them to my WiFi, but when I try and find a PC there's 'none avaliable' and browsing to the IP shows a 404 error.

 

Is there anything obvious I'm missing? Google proves fruitless and we're waiting back from Panasonic for information.
