Resetting a Dell Service Tag

I have replaced a motherboard on a Dell Optiplex 790 SFF, so the service tag is out of step with the stickers on the case. I've tried to find a way to reset the tag in the BIOS but have not been successful. It's not a big deal, but interested to here if it's possible so open to suggestions. I'm not sure it's relevant, but it's running the latest Windows 10 Pro OS, 64 bit.

I know years ago the Dell engineer had a boot disk where they could do this from, not sure if its in the public domain but worth a look.

I have tried asset.com, asset209.exe on a DOS bootable USB. No success. DCCU.exe didn't work either. This seems to have been replaced by

Dell Client Configuration ToolKit (CCTK) but have not had any success with that yet. I'm not sure if any of those are what Dell engineers use. I have heard of svctag.exe but not located a copy. Asset209 hit close getting to the point of asking for confirmation of the change, but after 'y' it replies 'can't update'. I'm now wondering if going back a few BIOS versions would allow one of these utilities to work, but it seems unlikely.
