[sims] Individual report template - result set

Hiya,

 

Apologies if this is answered elsewhere - I did search but couldn't see it.

 

I'm editing the word template for an individual report. When I insert the result, it appears to enter it as text (the << >> are there though). It doesn't link to the result and when I preview the report the subjects are missing entirely.

 

Not sure what on earth I have done - any pointers gratefully received.

Could be a couple of reasons, first check to make sure you put in the correct aspect and result set (Check by using the show all characters option in word). Also check to make sure there is data in the aspect for that particular student or groups of students (I once spent over 40 minutes looking for a problem on the individual report only to find the teachers had not entered that data yet.
