Kyle Posted May 19, 2008 Posted May 19, 2008 I have had a few laptops come inthat i want to set up a RIS image for. The laptop HDD's are formatted into 3 partitions. Is it possible in my RIS answer file to tell it to delete all the partitons on the drrve and set up one C:? This is the top part of my sif file but no matter what i try with it it still does not delete the partitons and complains it cannot fit windows onthe c: drive. penfold_99 Posted May 19, 2008 Posted May 19, 2008 Hi the easiest why i found to get my ris answer file working was to use the stepmgr.exe in deploy.cab file Have a look at this Customizing Unattended Setup this will create the option you want for you ris answer file.
